A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Genji Challa wet mill, part of the Nano Challa cooperative in the Gera locality near Agaro. Grown at 1,900–2,000 meters above sea level, featuring the Heirloom variety. Processed using an ecopulper (Penagos 5000), dried on skin drying tables for one day then moved to African raised beds for 10 days. Flavor notes include honey, stone fruit preserves, ripe peach, orange peel bitterness, bright acidity, and herbal notes of rue and kaffir lime.
