About This Coffee

This natural-processed Ethiopian coffee originates from the Guji region, specifically from Shakisso in the southern Highlands near Kayon Mountain. The coffee grows at 2050 meters altitude on the Mormora & Guji Highlands Plantation, an organically certified estate covering 250 hectares. The Heirloom varietal is dried on African raised beds for 2-3 weeks at the Sewana milling station.
