Ethiopia Halo Beriti Washed

This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Halo Beriti Washing Station, established in 2014, which serves 750 smallholder farmers who deliver cherry by weight. The lot is a "special preparation" where hand-sorting was conducted repeatedly throughout the receiving and drying process to ensure only perfect coffees were included. Smallholder producers typically farm less than half a hectare of land on average. The coffee is washed processed and traceable to the washing station level.
