This Ethiopian single-origin coffee originates from Halo Hartumi village in the Gedeb region of the Gedeo zone, grown at altitudes between 2,100 and 2,300 meters. The 74112 variety is cultivated by Birhanu Dido using organic farming methods. Two processing methods are available: Natural process features aromas of strawberry, peach, grape, bergamot, and florals with a juicy, sweet profile; Washed process offers lemon peel, peach, lychee, and white floral notes with a creamy, complex finish.
