The 2025 crop is roasted on a Probat 12kg roaster in 6kg batches with a development time ratio of 11% and a total roast time of 7:05. This profile brings out red fruits and floral notes, with an extra juicy and clean cup featuring prominent stone fruit characteristics.

Kolo Coffee
Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
