About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee comes from the Kebede Genale farm located in the Buku subregion of Hambela within Ethiopia's Guji Zone. Grown at 2,200 meters above sea level, the coffee features heirloom Ethiopian varieties processed using the natural method. The high altitude cultivation results in a denser bean with complex flavors, offering notes of apple cider, cooked stone fruit, cocoa, and fresh jasmine.
