About This Coffee

A Grade 1 (G1) Ethiopian coffee from the Haro Adama Washing Station in the Uraga woreda of Guji, Oromia. Sourced from approximately 650 smallholder farmers growing Ethiopian Heirloom varieties at 2,100–2,350 masl in nutrient-rich red volcanic soil. Processed using a washed method with 36–48 hours of underwater fermentation with mucilage intact. Flavor notes include jasmine, bergamot, lemon zest, white peach, and honey, delivering an exceptionally clean and vibrant cup.
