A natural-processed single-origin from Niguse Gemeda (Karamo, Bensa, Sidama) at 2150–2350 m. Variety 74158, fermented 24 hours then sun-dried on African beds for 20–24 days. Expect bright, jam-like acidity with cranberry and black cherry, a muscat-like sweetness, syrupy mouthfeel, and a light roast profile emphasizing delicate fruit and sweetness.
