A natural processed coffee from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm, a 500-hectare estate located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa in the Shakiso district, Guji zone, Oromia region of Ethiopia. Owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012, the farm uses shade trees (acacia and indigenous varieties) and natural composting. Both Natural and Washed lots are produced on the property. This is the natural lot.
