About This Coffee

A honey-processed coffee from the Buku Abel farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, sourced from approximately 1200 smallholder farms within the Yirgacheffe district at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee features Ethiopian heirloom varieties Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho, processed at the Koke and Birbes Kele Washing Stations. After two days of cherry fermentation, beans are dried on raised beds. Tasting notes include strawberry, milk chocolate, and bergamot, with additional aromatics of lavender and dark chocolate.
