This is an Ethiopian single origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe Konga region, grown at 2200 MASL. It is an Heirloom variety processed using Anaerobic Fermentation Natural method, harvested in 2021. The coffee was awarded 1st Place in the 2021 Africa Taste of Harvest (T.O.H.) Natural category by the African Fine Coffee Association (AFCA). Roasted to a Medium Light level, it features flavor notes of white peach, pineapple, and rose honey.
