A natural lot from Anasora in the Guji zone of Oromia, Ethiopia, grown at elevations of up to 2,350 meters above sea level. Produced through Israel Degfa's network, cherries are hand-sorted, floated for density separation, and dried as whole cherries on raised African beds for 15–18 days with strict layer control and frequent turning. The cup is warm and approachable, with a foundation of chocolate and honey complemented by soft berry tones, reflecting the character of high-altitude Ethiopian naturals.
