This coffee is from the Rumudamo washing station in Ethiopia, a celebrated origin known for exceptional flavor potential. Despite being technically a washed coffee, a 96-hour anaerobic (oxygen-free) fermentation beforehand has produced depth and texture typically associated with naturally-processed lots. The slow, controlled breakdown of sugars during fermentation results in a coffee full of tropical fruits, sticky textures, and a balanced finish.
