A natural processed coffee from Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm, a 500-hectare estate owned by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. Located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa in the Shakiso district of Ethiopia's Guji zone, Oromia region. Natural coffees are picked, rinsed, sorted, and dried on raised beds for 12–20 days. The farm uses shade trees and compost-based natural fertilization.
