A single-origin Ethiopian natural coffee from the Guji region, processed at the Kercha Dry Mill and produced by Israel Degfa. Grown at altitudes between 1850–2200 m.a.s.l., this coffee features indigenous varieties and a natural processing method. The flavor profile is characterized by berry sweetness, tea-like tannins, and a rich, warming booziness.
