About This Coffee

A single-origin light-roast from Bona M.T. Washing Station in Sidama, Ethiopia (2,350 m). The coffee is varietal 74110 and was washed with three days of underwater fermentation, channel-washed, then dried for about three weeks with frequent agitation of parchments. Flavor notes include muscat, white peach, mandarin orange, blackcurrant and honey, offering a juicy profile, gentle acidity and lingering sweet body.
