A peaberry coffee from the Hambela region of the Guji zone in Ethiopia, cultivated by a small highland tribe at altitudes of 1570–2300 meters. The Heirloom variety is washed processed and grown in pristine forests. Roasted to a medium level in Hong Kong, it offers tasting notes of jasmine, tangerine, stonefruit, grapefruit, lemongrass, honey, and red tea.
