This is a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia's Hambela site, produced by Tagel Alemayehu and Olkai Coffee. Tagel operates multiple washing stations across Guji, Bule Hora, and Sidama regions, drawing on over 20 years of experience in these communities. The coffee is processed at the Hambela site, one of the family's half dozen washing stations throughout southern Ethiopia. Olkai Coffee was founded in 2018 as a family business, with Tagel's background including work at one of the first specialty natural stations in Guji starting in 2004.
