About This Coffee

The Ethiopian Apex Trio is a natural, sun-dried heirloom blend sourced from three Ethiopian regions: Yirgacheffe, Kochere, and Guji, grown at elevations of 1,750–2,200 meters. Produced and exported by Abdullah Bagersh, this coffee features a medium to medium-dark roast profile. Flavor notes include strawberry, floral, juicy plums, citrus, lychee, and candy oranges, with crisp acidity and a silky body. Suitable for both pour over and espresso brewing methods.

Cowpresso roasts 100% fresh crop Arabica sourced from renowned farms worldwide, with several offerings carrying Fair Trade and organic certifications, and also produces compostable Nespresso compatible pods. A Bronze medalist at the 2020 Australia International Coffee Awards, the roastery has become a popular corporate coffee supplier serving more than ten international companies in Singapore.
