This coffee is produced by Felipe Guarachi Tola at Finca Chuquiago in Caranavi, La Paz, Bolivia, at 1550 MASL. It is of the Java variety — an Ethiopian landrace introduced to South America in the 1990s. The process is washed, beginning with a brief anaerobic fermentation of whole cherries before pulping, fermenting, and washing. Tasting notes include raisin, starfruit, and plum. Available in both Filter and Espresso roast profiles.
