A Geisha variety coffee from Finca Bet-el, grown on the "Nogales" plot at 1,600 meters altitude by producer Cesar Ledesma, who practices agroforestry and avoids pesticides. The lot consists of 700 trees planted in September 2020. Cherries are selectively hand-picked every 7–15 days. After flotation and hand-sorting, the coffee undergoes 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, a single wash, and is then dried in electric, temperature-controlled convection dryers not exceeding 39°C. Flavor notes include chamomile, caramel, and lemongrass, with a floral, elegant, and lightly spiced character.
