A Geisha variety coffee from Finca Bet-el in Colombia, grown on the "Nogales" plot at 1,600 meters altitude. Produced by Cesar Ledesma on an agroforestry farm using no pesticides. The Geisha trees were planted in September 2020, with selective hand-picking every 7–15 days of only fully ripe cherries. Processed via anaerobic fermentation for 60 hours, followed by a single wash and drying in temperature-controlled convection dryers at no more than 39°C. Flavor notes include chamomile, caramel, and lemongrass — floral, elegant, and lightly spiced with high complexity.
