A Maragogype variety coffee from the Dipilto region of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, grown at 1200–1700 meters altitude by Olman Valladarez on a family farm cultivated for over 60 years. The coffee is shade-grown in sandy soils surrounded by native forest, and processed using the washed method. It offers tasting notes of goji berry, chocolate Brazil nut, and nougat. Maragogype is noted for its unusually large beans and elegant, expressive cup profile with presence and clarity.
