This coffee is from Finca el Porvenir in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1900 meters above sea level. Producers Sandra Milena Mora and Hector Coy cultivate Caturra variety trees on their property. The coffee is washed processed and roasted for filter brewing. The company's name is a challenge to the status quo, reflecting its founders' belief that the specialty coffee industry can do better on equity and environmental impact.
