Produced by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, this washed process coffee is known for its floral and citric profile. It offers a heavier mouthfeel than typical Panamanian Geishas, with a lower intensity of acidity and a subtle herbal finish. The cup is sweet and floral, featuring notes of mandarin and jasmine. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing methods.
