This Geisha cultivar coffee is grown at Finca el Puente in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras. Produced by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera, this washed process coffee is known for its floral and citric profile. It offers a heavier mouthfeel than typical Panamanian Geishas, with a lower intensity of acidity and a subtle herbal finish. The cup is sweet and floral, featuring notes of mandarin and jasmine. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing methods.
