Finca Las Lajas is a honey-processed single origin coffee from Sabanilla de Alajuela in Costa Rica's Central Valley region, grown at 1450-1600 masl. It features the SL-28 variety, a Kenyan selection derived from Tanganyika Drought Resistant I trees. The coffee offers black fruit, cacao, citrus, and toffee flavors with clean fruit-like sweetness and winey acidity. Produced by a certified-organic micromill using vermiculture and chemical-free methods.
