Finca Licho, Costa Rica, White Honey
ONA CoffeeAbout This Coffee
This filter coffee from Finca Licho estate in Costa Rica's Central Valley is produced by the Chacón family. It features the Sarchimor variety grown at 1500 meters altitude. The coffee is processed using the White Honey method, where fully ripe cherries are pulped leaving a thin layer of mucilage, then dried slowly on raised beds under controlled airflow. This results in a clean and structured profile with elevated florals, delicate fruit notes, and a bright, refined finish. Tasting notes include almond, black tea, and raisin with varying intensities as it cools.
