The coffee features Red Catuaí, Red Caturra, and IHCAFE 90 varieties, harvested between January and March. Processed using the Yellow Honey method, this filter-roasted coffee offers tasting notes of banana, pecan nut, and dark chocolate, with a rich, coating mouthfeel and tropical fruit-like sweetness.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
