Decaf - entkoffeinierter Kolumbien Filter

This decaffeinated coffee blend originates from smallholder farmers in Popayán, Cauca, Colombia, grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2070 meters on volcanic soil. It is composed of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties of Coffea arabica. Processed with a washed method and decaffeinated using the sugar cane method, it has flavor notes of ripe fig, brown sugar, and dark chocolate and is available as whole beans or ground for various filter preparations.
