About This Coffee

Colombian Geisha from Huila region, grown at 1700m altitude on Finca El Arrayán by Henry Bonilla. This washed coffee features red tea characteristics reminiscent of rooibos with florals of hibiscus and orange blossom, and gentle jasmine sweetness. The processing includes two-day oxidation in cherry, dry-depulping to retain mucilage, two-day fermentation in tanks, washing in fresh water, and eight-day controlled room drying to 11% humidity.
