The coffee features tropical fruit flavors with honey-like sweetness, black chocolate and roasted nut notes, with a caramel-like aftertaste. Medium roast profile suitable for various brewing methods including pour-over, clever dripper, cold brew, siphon, and espresso. Roasted by SCA certified professional roaster Jeff Huang.
