Gayo Sesongot is a natural-processed coffee from the Gayo region of Indonesia. This anaerobic natural coffee features a winey character profile. Available in multiple grind options including whole bean, espresso, filter preparations (pour over, French press, Chemex, Kalita Wave, V60, Aeropress), Mokapot, and Turkish coffee grinds. The coffee is fresh-roasted specialty grade.
Null Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 in Istanbul, Türkiye by Kemal Serkan Araz and Cihan Baspinar. The roastery operates on a philosophy that great coffee starts from a pure, unadulterated base, a null point.
