Geometry

Geometry is a year‑round blend of Colombian and Ethiopian coffees (mixed varieties) grown at high elevations (~1950 MASL). Beans are washed and raised‑bed dried, roasted to an Expressive Light profile. Tasting notes include berries, stone fruit, Earl Grey, and honeysuckle, offering a bright, round cup for filter or espresso.
