This coffee comes from Gesha Village Estate in the Bench Maji Zone of Ethiopia at an elevation between 1909 and 2063 meters. It is naturally processed by drying whole cherries on raised beds for 27 days. The variety is Gori Gesha. Flavor notes include mango, pomegranate, strawberry, limeade-like citrus, and a lingering sweetness similar to manuka honey.
