This is a blend composed of 60% Golden Mandheling from Sumatra, Indonesia and 40% Yellow Bourbon from Brazil. The coffee is medium-dark roasted (M+, just entering second crack). It features sweet herbal notes with caramel flavors and dark chocolate aftertaste. The Mandheling contributes its characteristic sweet herbal taste, while the Brazilian Yellow Bourbon variety adds distinct and vibrant caramel and nutty flavors when roasted to the beginning of second crack. The blend is processed using washed method and roasted by an SCA-certified roasting instructor.
