This natural/sundried coffee is from Goro Muda in Guji, Ethiopia, sourced from smallholder farmers in the Haro Wachu kebele. The coffee grows at altitudes of 2050-2300 meters using intercropping techniques with shade trees. More than 360 local producers, each farming 1-2 hectares, supply cherries. The beans are mixed heirloom varieties dried on raised beds for 15-21 days after soaking. Tasting notes include blueberries, bergamot, and cocoa.
