This single-origin Colombian coffee is produced by Brayan Alvear at Finca Las Palmas in the San Adolfo region of Acevedo, Huila, at 1,400–1,600 MASL. It is a Caturra variety that undergoes an extended co-fermentation washed process. Roasted light/medium specifically for espresso, the cup is tropical, sweet, and creamy with a refreshing, sparkling character. Tasting notes include Guanabana, Custard Apple, Pink Rose Petals, and Mint Chocolate. Cup score: 89.00.
