A single-origin Geisha from Finca San Jose Ocana, located in the mountains of San Juan Sacatepequez, Guatemala, at 1,905 to 1,955 meters above sea level. The farm has grown coffee for over a century, with approximately half its land kept forested to protect local biodiversity. Shade trees including Grevillea (Silk Oak) create microclimates across the coffee plots. This Geisha lot is characterized by slow ripening, crisp structure, and an elegant aromatic profile. Flavor notes include citronella, jasmine, caramel, forest fruits, and brown sugar.
