This washed coffee comes from six different producers around Huehuetenango, Guatemala: Erick Perez, Ader Recinos, Mynor Aguilar, Antonio Martinez, Tadeo Lopez, and Cruz Perez. The coffee is grown in areas like El Chalum, Las Cuevas, and Hoja Blanca villages at elevations ranging from 1600 to 1800 meters. It is a mixed varietal lot harvested in 2025. The coffee features tasting notes of toffee, green grape, and baker's chocolate. Small farmers in this area process and dry their own coffee, selling dry parchment coffee directly.
