This coffee is a Guatemala Huehuetenango White City single origin coffee. Grown at 1600-1700 meters altitude in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes mountains, it is a SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) grade coffee. The beans are washed processed and made from a blend of Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties. This medium roast coffee features flavor notes of walnut, almond, citrus, black cherry, and cocoa with a spicy finish. It offers a balanced profile with bright citrus acidity and nutty sweetness.
