Mintaka ACI is a single-origin coffee from the El Chorro farm in the Fraijanes region of Guatemala. Grown at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters, this Caturra variety undergoes a Natural Anaerobic Controlled Inoculation (ACI) process. The cup profile features vibrant notes of yellow plum, apricot, red cherry, and cocoa, balanced by the sweetness of panela and a delicate floral touch of dark rose. This coffee offers a velvety body and a sophisticated finish, making it suitable for both filter brewing and espresso.
