La Nueva Montaña is a farm located near Guatemala City, run by Antonio and his wife Eby Aracely Samayoa. Due to limited access to water in the area, the farm focuses on natural and honey processes as well as anaerobic fermentations. This batch is a Red Catuai variety, processed using an anaerobic natural method. It offers a sweet and complex tasting profile with notes of red and purple forest fruits. Roasted as an Omni Roast, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
