This is a single origin coffee from Zacapa, Guatemala, sourced through FEDECOCAGUA cooperative. The coffee grows at altitudes between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level and is processed using the washed method. It features a variety of Arabica cultivars including Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Typica. The cup presents distinct notes of chocolate, caramel, and apple. This coffee has been roasted specifically for espresso preparation.

UE Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 by Dominic Boyett in Witney, Oxfordshire, with the roastery established in 2012.
