Varieties are Catuai and Typica, processed using a Static Cherry Anaerobic Natural method (Lot M31), where cherries are sealed in plastic tanks without oxygen for 24–72 hours. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing. Flavor notes include pear, gummy bears, and cacao nibs, with a fruit-forward, gummy bear texture and dark chocolate finish. Cup score: 86.0.
