This Gesha variety coffee is grown at 1,950 meters above sea level at Paraíso Farm in the Cauca region of Colombia. Processed using a controlled washed method, the coffee is shaped by volcanic soils and a cool highland climate. It offers a refined, lifted structure with flavor notes of chamomile, ripe peach, and mandarin. The cup features a medium-bright acidity, a silky texture, and a long, weightless finish.
