A single-origin coffee from the Halo Beriti washing station in the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown by smallholder farmers at 2100–2300 MASL. Processed using a Special Prep Natural method, where cherries undergo strict multi-stage sorting targeting 90% perfectly ripe fruit, resulting in a highly uniform, low-defect lot. The variety is Heirloom, shade-grown under organic practices. Tasting notes include blueberry, cooked plum, and peach. Available in both Filter and Espresso roast profiles.
