This coffee is a collective effort from seven farms in El Paraiso, Honduras, led and processed by veteran farmer Moises Sosa. The farms are located at altitudes between 1000-2000 meters above sea level. The varieties include IHCAFE 90, Lempira, and Parainema. The coffee is washed processed, fermented for one day, and dried on patios and raised beds. It features flavor notes of peach, butterscotch, and malt biscuit, with a light to medium roast profile suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
