About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from Masaguara, Honduras, grown at 1500–1700m altitude. A regional collaboration among local farmers using Supremo grade Caturra and Castillo varieties. Processed through washing followed by Sherry cask aging for 30–40 days at 15–20°C, allowing the beans to absorb whisky aromas. Roasted to a medium level in Hong Kong. Tasting notes include whiskey, honeydew, and vanilla chocolate.
