A single-origin coffee from the Garzon area of Huila, Colombia, sourced from a farmer collective of over 1,500 smallholder producers at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,900 MASL. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, and Bourbon, all washed with controlled fermentation for 14–18 hours after depulping. The coffee is an Espresso Roast with tasting notes of caramel, panela, and red fruits, presenting vibrant acidity, good body and clarity, and forward sweetness.
