This blend is composed of Ethiopia Anaerobic Guji Grade 1 and Rwanda Kilimbi Honey coffees. The blend combines natural and washed processing methods. The flavor profile features blood orange jam, juicy forest fruits, hazelnut ganache, and stewed stonefruit notes. Roasted to be suitable for both filter and espresso preparations, this coffee offers big fruit notes, sweetness, and complexity.
